Mark Yoder: CEO, Co-Owner

 

Mark Yoder is the CEO and Co-Owner of ⁠Treehouse Group, where he leads the strategic vision, operations, brand development, and continued growth of a unique family of companies dedicated to treehouses and outdoor adventure.

Treehouse Group encompasses:  ⁠Tree Top Builders,  ⁠Treehouse Supplies, and  ⁠Treehouse World. 

Mark brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience spanning operations, sales, marketing, branding, and business development. Before bringing that experience to the treehouse industry, his career included work with prominent organizations such as Walt Disney World Co. and Lincoln Financial. 

As CEO, Mark focuses on bringing together the different sides of the Treehouse Group—from custom design and construction to specialized hardware, DIY resources, and outdoor adventure experiences. His role includes strengthening collaboration between sales and operations, developing the Group’s brands, and executing the company’s long-term business and growth strategy. 

At the heart of Mark’s work is a simple idea: treehouses have the power to bring people together, inspire imagination, and create experiences that are remembered for a lifetime. Through Treehouse Group, he is helping guide that idea forward—combining professional business leadership with the creativity, craftsmanship, and sense of adventure that make building in the trees so special.

 

 

Mark's favorite treehouses (he notes its difficult to pick just a few favorites!) are the amazing Pirate Ship Treehouse build in Illinois and the jaw-dropping Waterslide Treehouse. Every build is close to Mark's heart, and the entire team take great pride in the work they do. Nothing makes Tree Top Builders happier than the joy these awesome structures bring to the people who enjoy them.
