Manny Gonzalez – Treehouse Construction Manager

Treehouse Construction is Manny's forte! 

Manny Gonzalez has spent his career keeping construction projects moving. This experience includes finding and managing subcontractors and employees, getting materials where they need to be, managing travel logistics and schedules, and blasting through the obstacles that arise in the normal course of business. When he heard about an open position at Tree Top Builders for a project manager, it was a surprise to hear that a high end treehouse company like this even existed, and after checking out our website, it was clearly a dream job that he just had to pursue. After meeting more of our team, and realizing that “yes, it’s an awesome job,” but that it also presents unique challenges, he realized that this would be an amazing place to finish his career. 

You may see Manny from time to time on our larger construction sites. However, he spends more time working with our Sales & Design team to optimize upcoming designs, create budgets for unique projects, and lay the foundation for the builders to get in and do what they do best. Manny will be the first person from our operations department who will reach out to you after you sign a construction agreement to coordinate scheduling for your project and answer any remaining questions about what to expect moving forward with us. He will assign a Site Superintendent to lead your project and ensure that everything on your project moves as efficiently and predictably as possible.  

Outside of work, life is all about family and keeping everyone in his life happy and safe. The Manny Fam are nuts about Philly sports and also Notre Dame football! We told him that he still has to manage treehouse projects for Dallas fans, though, and he still took the job, so don’t you worry about sporting your own team colors! 

Manny’s favorite treehouse construction project so far is a recent backyard project with a loft that was several staircases high. It also had a bridge to climb even higher to a lookout platform.
