4 - Maryland Treehouse

Built in a modern style to compliment the architecture and finishes of the main home, this Treehouse was completed by Tree Top Builders in Lutherville, Maryland in 2022.

The 12' x 10' tree house is constructed on a 17' x 16' deck that wraps 3 sides of the rectangular treehouse. It is built between 2 trees, supported with Tri-beams on each tree.

The brown siding and black windows match the principal residence, and the door is a black and glass residential style door adding to the modern look. The treehouse also features an internal loft, rock climb, swings, ships ladder and a bright blue slide to up the fun factor for the kids.

Every treehouse begins with a conversation, a sketch, a picture, a story, or something you provide that helps us feel your vision and understand your goals for the project. It is best to visit your project site, create a tree layout, and explore design options in a meeting with you. At your location, we will help you evaluate trees & share ideas for building the tree house.

We use a 3D scan of your site to generate a full 3D rendered design. This bespoke process is deployed on every project, no matter the scale of the build.

We are then able to work with you to iterate, and ensure every detail is absolutely perfect.

Once the design is approved, we move on to considerations of Engineering & Building Permits.
